RUN CLUB
Our Run Club meets every week at 5am in Brentwood, bringing together women of all fitness levels in a supportive, empowering environment. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to push your pace, you’ll find motivation, community and a positive start to your day. Come join us and discover how powerful an early-morning run can make you feel.
GROUP EXERCISE
Get ready to unleash your inner strength at our Barbell Warrior Class every Saturday starting January 2026! No matter your fitness level, this is the perfect place to challenge yourself and have a blast. Join as we work on improving our form, technique and hit PB's collectively.
